About the event
We are delighted to welcome children back to our activity camp this Summer 2024 at Ampfield Woods.
School holidays are a great time for children to be outdoors, enjoying time with friends around the campfire.
With qualified forest school leaders activities can include bushcraft, fire lighting, den building and rope swings! Children can enjoy natural arts and crafts or maybe climbing a tree and hanging out in a hammock. There will be treasure hunts, campfire cooking including, and of course, the traditional toasted marshmallow! A fun filled day guaranteed to have children wanting s'more!!
*Please note, your child has to already have started in Reception year to be able to attend our Activity camp.

From Winchester:
- Take the A3090 (Winchester Road) towards Romsey.
- Continue along this road for approximately 7 miles until you reach Ampfield.
- The entrance is on your right-hand side as you approach Ampfield, approximately 120 yards before St Mark's Churchyard.
From Romsey:
- Head east on the A3090 (Winchester Road) towards Winchester.
- Drive for about 3 miles until you reach Ampfield.
- Anfield Woods will be on your left-hand side as you leave the village 120 yards after St Mark's Churchyard.
